Saved searches

For roles you recruit for repeatedly, you don't want to rebuild the same query every time. Saved searches let you store a search — its keywords, Boolean query, and filters — and re-run it in one click.

  1. Build your search in Source → Search (keywords, Boolean query, and filters).
  2. Select Save search.
  3. Give it a clear name (for example "Senior Java Engineers — Singapore").
  4. Save.

Open your list of saved searches and select one to run it again against the current Talent Pool. Because your database grows over time, the same search often surfaces new matching candidates.

Alerts

Where enabled, you can turn on alerts for a saved search so you're notified when new candidates match — useful for hard-to-fill or recurring roles, so you engage fresh talent as soon as they enter the database.

:::tip Reuse across similar roles Save searches for your common role archetypes (e.g. "Frontend — React", "Data Engineer"). When a new vacancy opens, run the matching saved search to build a shortlist in seconds. :::
