Search in X0PA AI
Search is one of the most-used features in any ATS. X0PA AI gives you several ways to find what you need — from a quick global lookup to precise, filtered candidate searches.

Ways to search

Global search
Use the search box in the header from anywhere in the platform. Start typing a name, company, skill, or vacancy title and pick a result to jump straight to it. Global search is the fastest way to open a record you know exists.
Candidate search
For finding the right candidates (not just one you already know), use the dedicated candidate search under Source → Search. It combines keyword search with rich filters and AI ranking.
