Feature availability
X0PA AI is a configurable, multi-tenant, white-label platform. That means not everyone sees the same thing — and that's by design. This page explains why.
Three things decide what you see
-
Enabled modules (per organisation). Many capabilities are optional modules turned on per organisation — for example CRM, Invoicing, Goals, HR, WhatsApp, Meetings, Calls, and Analytics. If a module isn't enabled for your company, its menu won't appear for anyone.
-
Your role & permissions (per user). Within an organisation, your role and its access settings control which menus and actions you get. Two people at the same company can see different menus. See Roles & permissions.
-
White-label branding (per deployment). Your organisation's logo, name, and colours may differ from the default X0PA AI branding used in this guide's screenshots.
Modules that are commonly optional
| Module | What it adds |
|---|---|
| CRM | Leads, Clients, Contacts, Companies |
| Invoicing | Invoices, retainers, credit notes, revenue |
| Goals | Business/user goals and leaderboard |
| HR | Attendance and leave |
| Analytics | Interactive dashboards |
| WhatsApp / SMS / Calls | Extra communication channels |
"I should have access but don't"
If you believe you're missing something you should have:
- Confirm the module is enabled for your organisation (an admin can check).
- Ask your admin to review your role/permissions (Roles & permissions).
For administrators
You control availability through:
- Company settings and module toggles (Company settings).
- Roles & permissions and per-user access settings (Roles & permissions).
Some organisation-level modules are enabled by X0PA on your behalf — contact your X0PA AI representative if a module you need isn't available.
