Publishing a vacancy makes it visible to candidates so applications flow straight into your pipeline. X0PA AI supports a branded career page / microsite and, where enabled, posting to external job boards.

Publishing to your career page​

  1. Open the vacancy you want to publish.
  2. Select Publish (or enable career-page visibility on the vacancy).
  3. Confirm the details candidates will see — title, description, location.
  4. Publish. The vacancy appears on your organisation's career page.

Applicants apply through the page; their applications, prescreening answers, and AI scores appear in the vacancy's pipeline automatically.

Branded microsites​

Your organisation can present a fully branded microsite — logo, colours, and layout — so the candidate experience matches your employer brand. Branding is configured by administrators in AI & portal settings and Company settings.

Job boards​

Where board integrations are enabled, you can distribute a vacancy to external job boards from within X0PA AI, so you post once and reach multiple channels. Available boards depend on your organisation's integrations.

Application forms & consent​

The fields and consent notices candidates see when applying are set in AI & portal settings. Capturing the right data-processing consent keeps your hiring compliant — see Security & privacy.
