Bulk importing vacancies

If you need to create many job openings at once — for example when onboarding a new client or migrating from another system — use Bulk Import Vacancies instead of adding them one by one.

Steps

  1. In the sidebar, open Vacancies → Bulk Import Vacancies.
  2. Download the template spreadsheet provided on the import screen.
  3. Fill in one row per vacancy, following the column headers (job title, description, location, department, etc.). Keep the header row intact.
  4. Upload your completed file.
  5. Map columns if prompted, so each spreadsheet column matches the correct X0PA AI field.
  6. Review the preview / validation — the system flags rows with missing or invalid data.
  7. Confirm to import. Valid rows are created as vacancies.

tip

Fix any rows flagged as invalid in your spreadsheet and re-upload, rather than editing them one by one after import.

After importing

  • Imported vacancies appear in your Vacancies list.
  • Review each imported vacancy's settings (AI, prescreening, workflow), since import usually applies defaults.
