Talent Pool

The Talent Pool is your organisation's database of all candidates — everyone who has applied, been uploaded, or been sourced. It's the single place to search, review, and re-engage talent across every vacancy.

Open it from Source → Talent Pool in the top navigation bar.

What's in the Talent Pool

Each candidate record includes:

  • Profile details — name, contact information, current role, location.
  • Resume(s) — uploaded CVs, parsed into structured data.
  • Skills & experience — extracted from the resume and profile.
  • Applications — the vacancies this candidate is linked to and their stage in each.
  • Activity — notes, emails, interviews, and status changes.
  • Tags & source — how the candidate entered your database.

Working with the Talent Pool

  • Browse & filter — narrow the list by skills, location, experience, tags, or source.
  • Search — for keyword and Boolean search, see Searching candidates.
  • Open a profile — select a candidate to view their full record.
  • Add to a vacancy — link a candidate to one or more open roles from their profile.
  • Contact — email candidates directly (see Communication).

Adding candidates

You can grow the Talent Pool by uploading resumes, adding candidates manually, or sourcing passively. See Adding candidates.
