Not every great hire is actively applying. Find Candidates helps you surface passive candidates — people already in your database (or connected sources) who match an open role but haven't applied.
Open it from Source → Find Candidates.

How it works
- Select the vacancy (or enter the criteria) you want to source for.
- X0PA AI matches candidates against the role and returns a ranked list by fit.
- Review each suggested candidate's profile and match breakdown.
- Add promising candidates to the vacancy, or contact them directly to gauge interest.
Prospects
Where enabled, X0PA AI also supports Find Prospects — sourcing potential candidates beyond your existing Talent Pool. Prospects you engage can be converted into full candidate records.
Tips for better matches
The quality of passive-candidate matches depends on how well your vacancy describes the role. A detailed description with clear must-have skills and experience level produces sharper results. Keep candidate profiles enriched (complete resumes, skills, tags) so more of your database is matchable.
