Reviewing applicants

When you open a candidate from a vacancy's pipeline, you see the applicant view — everything you need to evaluate them for that role in one place.

What you'll see

The applicant view typically includes:

  • Candidate summary — name, current role, location, contact, and current stage/status.
  • Resume — the parsed CV, viewable inline.
  • AI match — the match score and breakdown for this vacancy (see AI matching).
  • Prescreening answers — how the candidate responded to your screening questions.
  • Interviews — scheduled and completed interviews with feedback.
  • Offer — offer details, if one exists.
  • Notes & activity — team notes, emails, and a history of status changes.

Reviewing efficiently

  1. Start with the match score and prescreening answers to quickly gauge fit.
  2. Read the resume for detail and context.
  3. Add a note with your assessment so the hiring team stays aligned.
  4. Take an action: move the candidate forward, put them on hold, or reject.

:::tip Use notes for collaboration Notes are visible to the hiring team. A short "Strong on backend, light on leadership — worth a call" saves everyone re-reading the CV. :::
