Joinees
A Joinee is a candidate who has accepted an offer and is joining (or has joined) your organisation. The Joinees area (under Source) helps you track them from acceptance through to their start date and onboarding.

What you can track
- Joining status — expected to join, joined, or did not join (drop-off).
- Start date — the agreed joining date.
- Onboarding progress — where your organisation tracks onboarding steps.
Managing joinees
- Open Source → Joinees.
- Filter by status, vacancy, or date to find the joinees you're tracking.
- Open a joinee to update their status (for example, mark them as Joined on their start date) or record a no-show / drop-off with a reason.
Why it matters
Tracking joinees closes the loop on your hiring funnel and feeds key reports — offer-to-join conversion, drop-off rates, and time-to-hire. See Reports & Analytics.
:::tip Watch offer-to-join drop-off Candidates can still fall through between accepting and starting. Stay in touch during the notice period and update joining status promptly so your reports reflect reality. :::
