Interview questions & feedback

Structured questions and feedback forms make interviews consistent and comparable across candidates and interviewers.

Interview questions

Attach a set of questions to an interview so interviewers evaluate the same things.

  1. When scheduling an interview, add or select an interview question set.
  2. Interviewers see the questions during the interview and can score or comment on each.

Question sets can be reused across interviews for the same role.

Capturing feedback

After the interview, interviewers submit feedback:

  1. Open the interview from the Interview area (look for the Awaiting feedback status).
  2. Complete the feedback form — ratings against each question or competency, plus overall comments and a recommendation (e.g. Advance / Hold / Reject).
  3. Submit.

All feedback is collected on the candidate's application so the hiring team can compare interviewers' assessments side by side.

Making a decision

Once feedback is in, use it alongside the AI match and prescreening to decide whether to advance the candidate to the next stage, put them on hold, or reject them.
