Interviews overview
The Interview area lets you schedule, run, and track interviews for candidates in your pipeline. Open Interview in the top navigation bar to see candidates grouped by interview stage.

Interview types
X0PA AI supports several interview formats:
| Type | Use for |
|---|---|
| Phone Interviews | Initial screening calls |
| Online Interviews | Video interviews (live or recorded) |
| Onsite Interviews | In-person interviews at your location |
Your organisation may also configure custom interview types.
Interview statuses
As interviews progress, candidates move through statuses such as:
- Draft — interview being set up
- Awaiting — scheduled, waiting to happen
- Awaiting feedback — completed, feedback not yet submitted
- Completed — feedback submitted
- Skipped — interview not conducted
Use these to see at a glance what needs your attention — for example, interviews awaiting feedback from interviewers.
What you can do
- Schedule an interview for a shortlisted candidate.
- Add interview questions and capture feedback.
- Run video interviews online.
- Manage timing with the interview calendar and attendance.
