Interview calendar​

The interview calendar gives you a scheduled view of upcoming interviews across your vacancies, so you can spot clashes and see your day at a glance. Open it from the Interview area.

Offering available slots​

Instead of proposing a single time, you can publish a set of available slots and let the candidate pick one:

  1. When scheduling, choose to offer slots rather than a fixed time.
  2. Select the time ranges you (and your interviewers) can cover.
  3. Send the link. The candidate opens it and selects a slot.
  4. The interview is booked at the chosen time and everyone is notified.

This removes most of the scheduling back-and-forth.

Attendance confirmation​

For onsite interviews (and other in-person steps), X0PA AI can capture attendance confirmation — the candidate confirms they'll attend, and their arrival can be recorded. This keeps your pipeline accurate and flags no-shows.
