Messaging (SMS & WhatsApp)

Beyond email, X0PA AI can reach candidates on messaging channels — SMS and WhatsApp — where your organisation has enabled them. Messaging is great for time-sensitive nudges like interview reminders.

SMS​

  • Send SMS messages to candidates from their profile.
  • Use message templates for common texts (interview reminders, quick updates).
  • SMS sending may draw on a balance / credits your organisation maintains.

WhatsApp​

Where the WhatsApp module is enabled, you can message candidates on WhatsApp from within X0PA AI, keeping the conversation attached to the candidate record.

Message templates​

As with email, templates keep messaging fast and consistent, and support merge fields for personalisation. Template management is typically an admin task — see Templates.

Messages send to real candidates immediately and messaging channels often have per-message costs. Confirm the recipient and content before sending.
