Meetings & calendar integration

X0PA AI can connect to your email and calendar so that interviews and meetings sync automatically, and messages can be sent and tracked from the platform. This integration powers smoother interview scheduling.

Connecting your calendar​

  1. Open the Meetings area (or your profile/integration settings).
  2. Connect your email/calendar account (for example Google or Microsoft) and grant access when prompted.
  3. Once connected, X0PA AI can create calendar events for interviews and read your availability.

:::caution Granting access Connecting a calendar authorises X0PA AI to access your calendar data. Only connect accounts you're authorised to use, and review the permissions requested during connection. :::

What integration enables​

  • Auto-synced interviews — scheduled interviews appear on interviewers' calendars.
  • Availability-aware scheduling — offer candidates slots that fit your calendar (see Calendar & attendance).
  • Tracked email — messages sent through the connected account are logged on the candidate.
