Goals & leaderboard

The Goals module helps teams set targets and track performance, with a leaderboard to add a little friendly competition. Open Goals in the top navigation bar.
What's included
| Item | Purpose |

| Business Goals | Organisation- or team-level targets (e.g. placements, revenue). |
| User Goals | Individual recruiter targets. |
| Leaderboard | Ranks users/teams against their goals. |

Typical use
- An admin or team lead sets Business Goals for the period.
- User Goals are assigned to individual recruiters.
- Progress updates automatically as recruiters make placements and hit milestones.
- The Leaderboard shows who's on track.
