CRM overview

:::note Optional module CRM is an optional module aimed at recruitment agencies and staffing firms. It appears only if enabled for your organisation and your role has access. See Feature availability. :::

The CRM module manages the business side of recruitment — the companies you hire for and the relationships that generate roles. Open CRM in the top navigation bar.

The CRM workflow

  1. Capture a Lead for a new opportunity.
  2. Convert qualified leads into Clients / Companies with Contacts.
  3. Record Terms & Agreements for the commercial relationship.
  4. Create Vacancies linked to the client and recruit as normal.
  5. On placement, raise fees via Invoicing.

Lists & campaigns

Group contacts or candidates into Lists and run Campaigns (for example an email sequence to a segment). Availability depends on your configuration.

The newer CRM experience

Some deployments include a refreshed CRM experience (Leads, Clients, Contacts, Companies, Jobs) with AI-assisted candidate search. It follows the same concepts described here with an updated interface.
