Leads

A Lead is a potential business opportunity — a company or contact that could become a client. The Leads area helps agency teams track opportunities from first interest to won business.

Adding a lead

  1. Open CRM → Leads.
  2. Select Add Lead.
  3. Enter the details — company/contact, source, estimated value, and owner.
  4. Set the lead stage (for example New → Qualified → Proposal → Won/Lost).
  5. Save.

You can also import leads from a spreadsheet where supported — see Adding & importing records.

Working leads

  • Move a lead through its stages as it progresses.
  • Log notes, tasks, and activities against the lead so follow-ups aren't missed. See Notes, tasks & files.
  • Assign an owner so responsibility is clear.

Converting a lead

When a lead is won, convert it into a Client / Company with Contacts, then create vacancies against it. See Companies & contacts.
