Adding a company or client

  1. Open CRM → Companies (or Clients).
  2. Select Add.
  3. Enter the organisation's details — name, industry/sector, location, website.
  4. Save. You can now add contacts and link vacancies to it.

Adding contacts

  1. Open a company, or go to CRM → Contacts.
  2. Select Add Contact and enter their name, role, email, and phone.
  3. Link the contact to their company.
  4. Save.

Contacts can be linked to vacancies (for example as the hiring manager) and can be invited to review candidates — see Sharing & collaboration.

Linking vacancies

Associate a vacancy with a client so applicants, offers, and (for agencies) fees roll up to the right organisation. This drives client-level reports and invoicing.

Activity & relationship history

Every note, email, task, and vacancy linked to a company or contact builds a history, so anyone on the team can see the full relationship at a glance. See Notes, tasks & files.
