Adding a company or client
- Open CRM → Companies (or Clients).
- Select Add.
- Enter the organisation's details — name, industry/sector, location, website.
- Save. You can now add contacts and link vacancies to it.
Adding contacts
- Open a company, or go to CRM → Contacts.
- Select Add Contact and enter their name, role, email, and phone.
- Link the contact to their company.
- Save.
Contacts can be linked to vacancies (for example as the hiring manager) and can be invited to review candidates — see Sharing & collaboration.
Linking vacancies
Associate a vacancy with a client so applicants, offers, and (for agencies) fees roll up to the right organisation. This drives client-level reports and invoicing.
Activity & relationship history
Every note, email, task, and vacancy linked to a company or contact builds a history, so anyone on the team can see the full relationship at a glance. See Notes, tasks & files.
