Vendors

Vendors are external recruitment agencies or suppliers that submit candidates for your roles. X0PA AI lets you manage vendors and control what they can access. Open Admin → Vendors.

What vendor management provides​

  • A directory of your vendor organisations and their contacts.
  • Controlled access so vendors can submit candidates to specific vacancies without seeing the rest of your data.
  • Tracking of which candidates each vendor submitted — useful for performance and fee attribution.

Setting up a vendor​

  1. Open Admin → Vendors.
  2. Add the vendor organisation and contact details.
  3. Grant access to the relevant vacancies (and set their permission level).
  4. Save. The vendor can now submit candidates to those roles.

Vendor / reviewer access​

Vendors typically get a restricted, review-style access — enough to submit and track their candidates, but not full recruiter access. This aligns with the Reviewer / Vendor role in Roles & permissions.
