Subscription & plan
Your organisation's subscription determines which modules are available, how many users (seats) you have, and other limits. This page explains what administrators can see and manage.
:::note Managed with X0PA Many commercial aspects of X0PA AI — plan, enabled modules, and seat counts — are provisioned by X0PA for your organisation. If a setting described here isn't visible, it may be managed on your behalf; contact your X0PA AI representative. :::
What your plan controls
- Enabled modules — optional modules such as CRM, Invoicing, Goals, HR, Analytics, and messaging channels are turned on per plan. See Feature availability.
- Users / seats — how many people can have active accounts. See Managing users.
- Usage limits — any limits on things like messaging credits or storage.

Managing seats
When you need to add users beyond your current seats, or free up seats:
- Deactivate users who have left to free their seat (preserves their history) — see Managing users.
- To increase seats or change your plan, contact your X0PA AI representative.
Enabling a module
If you need a module that isn't currently enabled, an administrator may be able to toggle it in Company settings; otherwise it's enabled by X0PA as part of your plan.
