Administrator guide overview
Administrators configure X0PA AI for their organisation — setting up users, defining how the hiring process works, tailoring the data model, and connecting integrations. This guide covers the tasks in the Admin area.
:::note Access required The Admin area is only visible to users with administrator access. If you don't see it, you don't have admin permissions — contact your organisation's X0PA AI administrator. :::

Recommended setup order
If you're setting up a new organisation, work through it in this order:
- Company settings — get the basics and branding right.
- Data configuration — define your stages, statuses, and lists.
- Custom fields — add any fields your process needs.
- Roles & permissions and Teams & departments — structure access.
- Users — invite the team.
- Templates and Integrations — polish communications and connect tools.
