Data configuration

Data configuration is where you define the lists and values that power your hiring process — so the platform speaks your organisation's language. Open Admin → Data Configuration.

Editing a list

  1. Open Admin → Data Configuration.
  2. Select the category to edit (for example Job stages).
  3. Add, rename, reorder, or deactivate values.
  4. Save.

:::caution Changes affect existing records Renaming or removing a status/stage affects how existing records display and report. Prefer deactivating a value you no longer use over deleting it, so historical data stays consistent. Test changes to stages against a sample vacancy first. :::

How this connects to the workflow

The job stages and statuses you define here are the building blocks recruiters assemble into each vacancy's workflow. Setting sensible defaults here saves recruiters time on every new role.
