Company settings
Company settings control organisation-wide options — your company profile, branding, and default preferences that apply across the platform.
Open Admin → Settings.

Company profile
- Company name and details.
- Locale defaults — language, timezone, date format, and currency.
- Contact and address information used in documents and communications.
Branding (white-label)
X0PA AI is white-label, so you can present the platform under your own brand:
- Logo — displayed in the header and on candidate-facing pages.
- Theme colours — primary, secondary, and accent colours.
- Career page / microsite branding for candidate-facing experiences.

Global preferences
Depending on your plan, company settings may also include:
- Default workflow / pipeline stages applied to new vacancies.
- Default prescreening or communication preferences.
- Module toggles and business rules (some feature flags are set here or by X0PA on your behalf).
