AI & portal settings
These settings control two organisation-wide areas: how X0PA AI's AI features behave by default, and how your candidate-facing portals (career page / microsites) look and work.
AI settings
Set defaults for AI matching and screening across the organisation:
- Default AI matching behaviour applied to new vacancies.
- Scoring emphasis defaults (skills, experience, education) where configurable.
- Automation defaults that feed Autopilot and stage actions.
Recruiters can still adjust AI behaviour per vacancy in vacancy settings; these are the starting defaults.

:::note Objective, skills-based screening X0PA AI is designed to support fair, skills-based screening. AI output is decision support — recruiters remain accountable for hiring decisions. Configure defaults thoughtfully and in line with your organisation's hiring policies. :::
Portal / career page settings
Configure the candidate-facing experience:
- Career page / microsites — branding, layout, and which vacancies are published.
- Application forms — the fields and consent notices candidates see when applying.
- Privacy & consent — capture the data-processing consent your jurisdiction requires.
